High altitude glacier resort in the southern French Alps with a full range of pisted runs for all abilities. There are around 230km of pisted runs with great snow conditions. There literally is everything from long and taxing blacks to open green and blue beginner slopes for those learning their heel adge from their toe edge.

 

Modern lift system with one of the largest cable cars in the world so you can avoid too many poma tows and save your energy for charging the piste, especially the 16km long Sarenne run!!

 

Good off piste is to be found here as well. There is also a half pipe and terrain park with a line for all abilities.

 

Apres ski

 

Off the piste there is loads to do. There is a very lively apres ski scene which goes on until the early hours in the nightclubs. If you are going with the family, there is a sports centre with tennis and squash courts, indoor golf, skidooing, ice driving, ice skating rink (free with full lift pass), sledging slope, cinema and glacial ice carvings.

 

There is also a good selection of cafe's, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes.
